Co-Founder
Benjamin D. Soleimanieh is a seasoned executive leader with extensive expertise in logistics, distribution, and supply chain operations. Throughout his career in third-party logistics (3PL) providers—handling transportation, warehousing, and large-scale events—he has demonstrated a tenacious, mission-driven approach to building high-performing teams and optimizing complex, 24/7 environments.
Benjamin excels at driving operational excellence across multiple facilities, leading diverse departments to support millions in yearly revenue. His strategic initiatives have included implementing successful supply chain capacity strategies and championing sustainability through automation and electric vehicle integration. His commitment to excellence is further evidenced by a distinguished record of fleet safety awards from the California Trucking Association and Great West Casualty Company.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Benjamin is a dedicated community leader who spent 15 years with the Boy Scouts of America, mentoring youth in leadership and service, including guiding 25 young men to reach the rank of Eagle Scout. At the heart of his journey is a steadfast personal foundation built over 27 years of marriage and the success of his two children, both of whom have recently graduated from college. He approaches every aspect of his life, whether driving complex operations or nurturing his family—with an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep commitment to his values.
Ultimately, Benjamin recognizes that all his accomplishments are possible only through the help of our God and are continuously fueled by the Holy Spirit.
Gina Soleimanieh
Co-Founder
Gina is a seasoned healthcare administrator with more than 20 years of experience, including 12 years guiding medical staff operations as a Medical Staff Services Manager. She is recognized for her deep expertise, steady leadership, and commitment to fostering strong, collaborative relationships across clinical and administrative teams. Her professional approach is rooted in integrity, service, and a genuine dedication to supporting clinicians and improving organizational processes.
Guided by her faith, Gina’s life is defined by a deep-seated calling to serve others. For over two decades, she has volunteered extensively across youth, school, and arts organizations, often stepping into leadership roles to strengthen programs and uplift her community. Her service includes 13 years as a Girl Scout leader, 13 years supporting Boy Scouts, and 5 years with the school parent club, including a term as president. Her commitment extended to athletics and the arts, where she served 3 years on the swim team board—including a term as co-president—along with 6 years as a festival coordinator and 4 years as treasurer for a local children’s theater.
Married for 30 years and the proud mother of two college graduates, Gina’s life is a reflection of her devotion to her family, her faith, and her community. Whether in her professional capacity or her personal life, she brings a steadfast spirit of mentorship, integrity, and selfless service to everything she does.
